NTW’s Self Help app gives you access to the full range of 23 mental health self-help guides. These guides, three of which have been commended at the British Medical Association Patient Information Award, have been written by NHS clinical psychologists with contributions from service users and healthcare staff. Covering common mental health issues like abuse, alcohol, anxiety, bereavement, anger, depression, domestic violence, eating disorders, health anxiety, hearing voices, panic to anger, domestic violence, obsessions and compulsions, panic, post traumatic stress, postnatal depression, self harm, shyness and social anxiety, sleeping problems and stress. Our guides contain useful tips and hints as well as self-help techniques. Each guide has an introductory video as well as a choice of male and female recorded audio versions available to stream. Guides can also be downloaded free of charge for offline reading. A PDF viewer is required to read the guides.Accessibility improvements

Previous issue have been fixed now. I know the information contained in these leaflets to be amazing. This is an awesome, helpful app for those struggling with the issues contained within the files.
If I could have given it zero stars I would. I don't see how this would be useful to most people it's being recommended too. Maybe if you've never seen a doctor about your problem or have no understanding... but it's all very basic and condescending. Plus the app doesn't load the leaflets half the time. Absolutely a waste of time.
Not great keep kicking me off doesn't load videos. Very slow but the contents us helpful so it's a shame the app isn't good. So there are 23 pages but you have to flick through all of them by hand every time you want a page and if it goes off you have to start all over again that's very frustrating and nit helpful when your desperately needing the help Doesn't anyone review this app it doesn't let you download the files what is the point of this app very cross you don't keep it working
Wonderful, helpful and reassuring resource. I can go back to it again and again for guidance and support. I have found it has helped me overcome difficulties.
The app just closes when trying to download the leaflets.

I know the information is excellent but it is impossible to access the booklets on android. Please fix!!!!
